摘要
目的探讨供应室护士职业安全的风险因素并总结防护手段。方法以该院2016年12月—2018年3月的20名供应室护士作为研究对象,通过回顾性分析的方式概括供应室护士职业安全的危险因素,并结合工作经验及已有文献资料概括防护措施。结果通过生物性、化学性、运动性及心理社会性危害等方面的预防干预,可有效降低功供应室护士的职业伤害。结论供应室护士由于工作内容的特殊性,潜在职业风险因素较大,通过危险因子的掌控,制订针对性的职业防护措施,是降低供应室护士职业危害的有效手段。
Objective To explore the risk factors of occupational safety of nurses in supply room and to summarize the protective measures.Methods 20 supply room nurses from December 2016 to March 2018 in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The risk factors of occupational safety of nurses in the supply room were summarized through retrospective analysis,and the work experience and existing literature were used to summarize the protection measures.Results It can effectively reduce the occupational injuries of nurses in the supply room through preventive interventions such as biological,chemical,sports and psychosocial hazards.Conclusion Due to the particularity of the work content,the nurses in the supply room have a large potential occupational risk factor.It is an effective means to reduce the occupational hazards of nurses in the supply room by controlling the occupational protection measures through the control of risk factors.
