摘要
为提高护理心理学的教学效果,该文利用多种教学方法尝试在护理心理学的第一课堂开展教学模式的探索与应用,举例阐述各种教学方法的实施流程,给出各种教学方法的优点及混合式教学法的局限性。最终将学生成绩与教学评价作为混合式教学效果的评价参考。结果表明,混合式教学有利激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性、利于学生对知识的掌握和记忆、锻炼了分析问题和解决问题及团队协作等能力,且能做到教学相长。另外,混合式教学还能起到与讲授式教学方法相辅相成和共同提高的作用。
In order to improve the teaching effect of nursing psychology,this paper attempts to explore and apply the teaching mode in the first classroom of Nursing Psychology by using various teaching methods,and exemplifies the implementation process of various teaching methods.The advantages of teaching methods and the limitations of the hybrid teaching method.Finally,student achievement and teaching evaluation are used as the evaluation reference for the mixed teaching effect.The results show that the mixed teaching is beneficial to stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of students,to help students master and remember knowledge,to exercise the ability to analyze problems and solve problems and teamwork,and to achieve teaching and learning.In addition,the hybrid teaching can also play a role in complementing and improving the teaching method.
