健康教育对护患关系信任度影响的研究 被引量:27

The Study of Health Education Effect on the Nurse-Patient Relationship Trust Degree

摘要 目的观察护士为患者施行健康教育的深入程度对患者信任度的影响。方法对选定的121例研究对象按住院流水号随机分为对照组(56例)和强化组(65例)。对照组按常规方法进行健康教育,强化组患者采取系统化、个性化的健康教育。对两组采用调查表及护患关系信任度量表进行调查分析。结果强化组患者的健康教育效果无论从相关知识的掌握程度和遵医行为都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高出13%。对知识和技术的确信、安心感、对未来的信心3项强化组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用系统化、个性化健康教育,满足了患者对健康教育的需求,增加护患之间信任度。 Objective To inspect the effect of health education degree on patient trust. Methods To divided 121 selected objections into control group (56) and strength group (65) according the in -patient flow number. The control group had health education by routine method, strength group had systemic , personal health education. To investigate and analyze the two groups using investigative table and nurse - patient relationship trust degree table. Results The health education effect of strength group is high that of control group in grasp degree of relative knowledge and the actions of observing doctor (P 〈 0. 05 ) , satisfaction degree is over 13%. The assurance to knowledge and technique , reassurance , trust to future, in strength group were high than control group (P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion Should use systemic and personal health education, meet the need of patient's on health education , increase the trust degree between nurse and patient.
