摘要
目的评价在产科护理管理中应用护理风险管理的价值以及对其科室管理所产生的影响。方法2016年6月—2017年4月实施常规管理时接收的48例患者作为参照组,另选取2017年5月—2018年9月实施护理风险管理时收治的48例患者作为实验组。对其不同时期采取不同管理方式的临床护理满意度以及护理情况进行对比分析。结果①参照组各项指标相比较于实验组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其发生率低于实验组,参照组风险事件发生率16.67%(8/48)、护理纠纷发生率14.58%(7/48)、护理缺陷发生率12.50%(6/48)明显高于实验组同等数据指标发生率2.08%(1/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);①参照组临床护理满意度相比较于参照组同等数据指标较高,实验组护理满意度95.83%(2/48),参照组护理满意度83.33%(8/48),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理管理当中实施护理风险管理,可有效提高患者临床护理满意度,相比常规管理模式效果显著,可整体提高产科护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the value of applying nursing risk management in obstetric care management and its impact on department management.Methods 48 patients who received routine management from June 2016 to April 2017 were used as reference groups.48 patients who were admitted to nursing risk management from May 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The clinical nursing satisfaction and nursing situation of different management methods in different periods were compared and analyzed.Results 1.The indicators in the reference group were significantly different from the experimental group,and the incidence rate was lower than that in the experimental group.The incidence rate of the reference group was 16.67%(8/48),the incidence of nursing disputes was 14.58%(7/48),and nursing incidence of defects was 12.50%(6/48),which was significantly higher than that of the experimental group.The incidence of the same data index was 2.08%(1/48).there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the same data index was higher,the experimental group's nursing satisfaction was 95.83%(2/48),the reference group nursing satisfaction was 83.33%(8/48),the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in obstetric care management can effectively improve the patient's clinical nursing satisfaction,which is more effective than the conventional management model,and can improve the quality of obstetric care as a whole.
