摘要
目的分析三级综合医院评审标准在临床护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法研究阶段为2018年1—12月,根据不同时间段进行分组,2018年1月—6月医院护理质量管理工作作为对照组,采用常规护理质量管理措施,2018年7—12月医院护理质量管理工作作为观察组,以三级综合医院评审标准作为准则开展护理质量管理工作,对比两组护理质量管理效果。结果观察组护理不良事件、护理纠纷事件发生件数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率94.0%(94/100)高于对照组78.0%(78/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院临床护理管理工作中应用三级综合医院评审标准可提升护理管理质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the evaluation criteria of tertiary comprehensive hospitals in clinical nursing quality management.Methods The research period was from January to December,2018,grouped according to different time periods.The quality of hospital nursing quality management from January to June,2018 was used as a control group.Nursing quality management measures,from Jul 2018 to December 2018,as the observation group,the quality of care management was carried out with the evaluation criteria of the three-level general hospital as the criteria,and the quality management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The number of adverse events and nursing disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.0%(94/100),which was higher than that of the control group(78.0%,78/100).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-level comprehensive hospital evaluation criteria in hospital clinical nursing management can improve the quality of nursing management and satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
