Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical management mode in respiratory management and the impact of nursing quality score. Methods Eighty-four patients in the respiratory department admitted to the hospital(Attendance time from March 2017 to April 2019)were enrolled in this study.Among them,42 patients admitted between March 2017 and March 2018 served as the control group.42 patients admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study group, and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures. On the basis of the same nursing measures in the control group,a hierarchical management intervention was given to compare the incidence of nursing accidents, quality of care and satisfaction of nursing. Results The incidence of nursing accidents in the control group was 11.90%,which was higher than that in the study group(0.00%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(t=8.786,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.974,P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing management of patients with respiratory diseases can effectively improve the quality of care, and thus effectively reduce adverse events, which is worthy of application.
