摘要
目的分析研究风险管理方法在呼吸科危重症患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法于2020年6月—2021年6月选择40名呼吸科医务工作人员参与该次研究,将40名医务工作人员随机分为两个独立小组,各20名医务工作人员,将实施呼吸科危重症患者常规管理的一组取名为对比组,将实施呼吸科危重症患者风险管理的一组取名为观察组。同期选取90例呼吸科危重症患者参与该次研究分析中。分别对比两组管理质量评分、不良风险事件发生概率、风险管理技能评分以及管理满足度4项指标。结果与对比组相比,观察组的管理质量评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,观察组不良分风险事件发生概率处于较低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,观察组风险管理技能评分更为优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,观察组管理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理办法在呼吸科危重症患者护理管理中的应用价值明显,对于提升管理质量、避免不良风险事件发生、提升医务人员风险管理技能以及管理满意度等方面均具有优势。
Objective To analyze and study the application effect of risk management methods in the nursing management of critically ill patients in the respiratory department.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,40 respiratory medical staff were selected to participate in the study,the 40 medical staff were randomly divided into two independent groups.Each group 20 medical staff.The group that implemented the routine management of critically ill patients in the respiratory department was named the comparison group,and the group that implemented the risk management of critically ill patients in the respiratory department was named the observation group.At the same time,90 critically ill patients in the respiratory department were selected to participate in the analysis of this research.The four indicators of management quality score,adverse risk event occurrence probability,risk management skill score and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the management quality score of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the probability of occurrence of adverse risk events in the observation group was at a lower level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had better risk management skills scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher management satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management method has obvious application value in the nursing management of critically ill patients in the respiratory department.It has advantages in improving management quality,avoiding adverse risk events,improving medical staff's risk management skills and management satisfaction.
