摘要
目的:通过在动物精料里添加酵素营养液,探究酵素营养液对安徽白山羊育肥效果的影响。方法:选择60只3月龄羔羊,平均分成两组,在其中一组的精料里按比例添加5‰的酵素营养液(试验组),另一组不添加酵素营养液(对照组)。试验期间每隔15天测一次体重和体尺,并对两组间相关数据进行比较分析。结果:结果表明,在试验45 d后,在体重方面,试验组每只羊的平均总增重显著高于对照组每只羊的平均总增重(P≤0.05),试验组体重的增长速率高于对照组的增长速率;在体尺方面,试验组体高、体斜长、胸围均高于对照组,试验组尻宽T15测量和T30测量显著高于对照组尻宽(P≤0.05);在经济效益方面,试验组的增重收益高于对照组的增重收益。结论:在精料中添加动物酵素营养液能够增加安徽白山羊的增长速率,加快育肥进程。同时还能增加安徽白山羊的体重,提高经济效益,这对安徽白山羊的畜牧业生产研究具有重要意义。
Objective:The effect of enzyme nutrient solution on the feeding of Anhui white goat was studied by adding enzyme nutrient solution in concentrate.Methods:In the experiment,sixty 3-month-old lambs were divided into two groups,and 5‰yeast nutrient solution was added in one group of fine materials,and the other group did not add enzyme nutrient solution.Body weight and body size were measured every 15 days during the experiment.Results:After 45 days of test,the results showed that the average total weight gain of each sheep in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05).The weight growth rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The body height,body length,chest circumference and rump width of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.In terms of economic efficiency,the weight gain of the test group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The results showed that adding animal enzyme nutrient solution to concentrate could increase the growth rate of Anhui white goat and accelerate the fattening process.At the same time,it can also increase the weight of Anhui white goats and improve economic benefits,which is of great significance to the research of Anhui white goats animal husbandry production.
