摘要
以鸡粪、稻草为主要原料,通过添加酵素菌、微生物菌剂后,进行室内好氧堆肥发酵试验,研究微生物菌剂对堆肥的除臭、保氮效果,结果表明:添加微生物菌剂处理较不添加微生物菌剂处理(CK)升温快、温度高、高温持续时间长,添加微生物菌剂处理堆体温度第9 d上升到55℃,第15 d最高温度达62℃,55℃以上高温期可持续12 d;添加微生物菌剂处理较不添加微生物菌剂处理(CK),堆肥结束后p H值提高了0.17,氨的挥发时间缩短了6 d,氨的挥发总量降低。
In order to study the effect of microbial agents on composting of deodorant and nitrogen retention, ferment bacteria and microbial agents were mixed into the chicken manure with rice straw as the main raw material The resuhs indicated that: comparing to the treatment without microorganism (CK), those with microorganism showed faster composting temperature increase and longer high temperature maintaining. The temperature of fermenting file could reach 55 ℃ on 9 th day, and the highest was 62 ℃ on 15 th day. It could keep 12 days over 55 ℃. pH was increased by 0.17, ,and the ammonia volatilization time was shortened by 6 days with microorganism after composting.
