摘要
为四川万源晒黄烟种植密度的选择及合理施肥提供科学依据,采用L 9(34)正交试验设计,研究种植密度、施氮量和氮钾比例3个因素对晒黄烟田间生长、烟叶化学成分含量及感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:对株高和叶数的影响依次为施氮量>种植密度>氮钾比例,对茎围和节距的影响依次为氮钾比例>施氮量>种植密度,对叶长的影响依次为氮钾比例>施氮量>种植密度,对叶宽的影响依次为氮钾比例>种植密度>施氮量,对单叶重的影响依次为氮钾比例>施氮量>种植密度。施氮量对糖含量影响大,其次是总氮和氯,对烟碱和钾含量的影响相对较小;氮钾比例对钾影响最大,其次是糖和氯,对烟碱和总氮含量的影响相对较小;种植密度对钾和总糖含量影响相对较大,对还原糖、烟碱、总氮、氯含量影响较小。质量档次以施氮量12 kg/667m^2、氮钾比例1∶3(磷水平始终为0.5)和种植密度1345株/667m^2处理最好,施氮量14 kg/667m^2、氮钾比例1∶3和种植密度1100株/667m^2处理较好。四川省万源市晒黄烟适宜的施氮量为12~14 kg/667m^2,氮钾比例为1∶3,种植密度为1100~1345株/667m^2,生产上可根据区域田块肥力水平和产量目标调整具体施氮量和种植密度。
In order to provide scientific basis for the selection of planting density and reasonable fertilization of sun-cured yellow tobacco in Wanyuan Sichuan,the L 9(34)orthogonal experiment design was employed to explore the effects of planting density,nitrogen application rate and nitrogen-potassium ratio on field growth,chemical composition,and sensory quality of tobacco leaves.Results:The effects on plant height and leaf number was in the order of nitrogen application>planting density>nitrogen-potassium ratio,and the effects on stem circumference and pitch was in the order of nitrogen-potassium ratio>nitrogen application rate>planting density,and the effects on leaf length was in the order of nitrogen-potassium ratio>nitrogen application rate>planting density.On leaf width the sequence was nitrogen-potassium ratio>planting density>nitrogen application rate,and the effects on single leaf weight was in the order of nitrogen-potassium ratio>nitrogen application rate>planting density.Nitrogen application rate has a large effect on sugar content,followed by total nitrogen and chlorine,and relatively small effect on content of nicotine and potassium;the ratio of nitrogen and potassium has the largest effect on potassium,followed by sugar and chlorine,and nicotine and total nitrogen took the last sequence;Planting density has a relatively great effect on potassium and total sugar content,and has a slight effect on reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,and chlorine content.The quality grade ranks higher when treated with nitrogen application rate 12 kg/667m^2,nitrogen-potassium ratio 1∶3(phosphorus level is always 0.5),and planting density 1345 plants/667m^2.The nitrogen application rate of 14 kg/667m^2,nitrogen-potassium ratio 1∶3,and the planting density 1100 plants/667m^2 is better.The suitable nitrogen application rate for sun-cured tobacco in Wanyuan City,Sichuan Province is 12-14 kg/667m^2,nitrogen-potassium ratio is 1∶3,and the planting density is 1100-1345 plants/667m^2.The nitrogen application rate and planting density can be adjusted based on the regional field fertility level and yield targets in the production.
