摘要
为香蓼精油的推广与利用提供参考,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取兴义产香蓼精油,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定香蓼精油的可挥发性成分,0.5麦氏标准比浊法检测香蓼精油对几种常见致病微生物的抑菌作用,并探索不同浓度精油对玉米粘虫的拒食作用;以抗坏血酸为对照,检测香蓼精油对ABTs自由基、DPPH自由基和·OH自由基的清除效果。结果表明:香蓼精油有32种挥发性化学成分被鉴定,占总质量的96.01%,其中含量较高的成分有十二烷醛(24.57%)、葵醇(12.08%)、异长叶烯(9.39%)、葵烷(8.14%)、蛇麻烯(5.72%)、石竹烯氧化物(3.05%)、石竹烯(2.36%)、补身醇(2.17%)、倍半香桧烯(1.44%)和α-橄榄烯(1.30%)。香蓼精油对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌抑制效果明显,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为4.88μg/mL和39.06μg/mL;0.0125~0.2 mL/mL香蓼精油对玉米粘虫均达到80%以上的拒食活性;香蓼精油对ABTs、DPPH和·OH自由基有良好的清除作用,其EC50分别为3.20 mg/mL、10.87 mg/mL和10.24 mg/mL。
To provide references for popularization and utilization of essential oil from Polygonum viscosum,steam distillation method was employed to extract essential oil from P.viscosum produced in Xingyi,and the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to determine the volatile components of essential oil from P.viscosum.The 0.5 McFarland turbidity method was used to detect the antibacterial effects on some common pathogenic microorganisms,and the antifeedant effects of different concentrations of essential oils against maize armyworms were also explored.The ascorbic acid was used as a control to detect the scavenging effects of essential oils on ABTs,DPPH free radicals and·OH radicals.Results:32 volatile chemical components were identified,accounting for 96.01%of the total mass.The components with greater concentrations included dodecanal(24.57%),1-decanol(12.08%),isolongifolene(9.39%),decanal(8.14%),humulene(5.72%),caryophyllene oxide(3.05%),caryophyllene(2.36%),drimenol(2.17%),sesquisabinene hydrate(1.44%)andα-Maaliene(1.30%).P.viscosum had a better inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli than other bacteria,the MIC were 4.88μg/mL and 39.06μg/mL,respectively.Essential oils in the range of 0.0125-0.2 mL/mL all achieved over 80%antifeedant properties against the maize armyworms,and P.viscosum had good scavenging effects on ABTs radical,DPPH radical and·OH radical with EC 50 of 3.20 mg/mL,10.87 mg/mL and 10.24 mg/mL,respectively.
