随着我国能源生产和消费革命的不断深入,开展综合能源服务实现能源系统优化已成为提升能源效率、降低用能成本的重要发展方向。本文探讨了能源革命背景下我国节能服务市场的发展趋势,分析了企业、政府和园区的节能服务需求和综合能源服务模式,并从战略部署、资源配置、商业模式等方面提出了节能服务公司向综合能源服务企业转型的策略建议。
As China deepens its revolution on energy production and consumption,it has become an important trend in the energy efficiency market for improving energy efficiency and cutting energy costs to optimize energy system by providing integrated energy services.The article discusses the market trend under the background of the energy revolution,analyzes the features of different energy-saving demands of enterprises,governments and industrial zones and the business model of the integrated energy service for them,and proposes approaches on strategic deployment,resource allocation and business model for energy-saving service companies shifting to the integrated energy service.
