摘要
从人类自发使用自然能源到工业革命后对化石能源的自觉利用和当前正在进入智能阶段的能源利用,能源在保障人类进步和社会发展中发挥了重要的推动和保障作用,同时,由于化石能源的大量开发造成了严重的生态环境破坏,已经威胁到人类生存。能源清洁化、低碳化成为世界各国的发展战略。基于资源优势,我国形成了以煤为主的能源结构,能源在保障我国社会经济发展同时,产生了严重的污染,减排压力巨大,能源转型迫在眉睫。近年来我国可再生能源得到长足发展,但受制于其本身间歇性、配套产业不成熟,系统综合经济性过高等因素,近期内难以成为主体能源。而作为清洁低碳的核电却有着巨大发展空间,但受福岛事故影响,核电发展遇到前所未有的困难,尤其新厂址开发难度很大。本文通过分析我国能源现状及挑战,基于数值预测我国2030年能源发展趋势,量化不同种能源包括核电的发展空间,进而对集群式发展核电的设想进行探讨。
From the spontaneous use of natural energy by human beings to the conscious use of fossil energy after the industrial revolution and the energy utilization which is now entering the stage of wisdom,energy has played an important role in promoting and guaranteeing human progress and social development.At the same time,the large-scale development of fossil energy has caused serious ecological environment damage and has threatened human survival.Clean energy and low carbon have become the development strategies of all countries in the world.Based on the advantages of resources,China has formed a coal-based energy structure.While energy guarantees China’s social and economic development,it also produces serious pollution.The pressure of emission reduction is enormous,and energy transformation is imminent.In recent years,China’s renewable energy has made great progress,but due to its intermittent nature,immature supporting industries and high comprehensive economy of the system,it is difficult to become the main energy in the short term.As a clean and low-carbon nuclear power,there is a huge space for development,but affected by the Fukushima accident,the development of nuclear power has encountered unprecedented difficulties,especially in the development of new sites.Based on the analysis of China’s energy situation and challenges,this paper predicts China’s energy development trend in 2030,quantifies the development space of various energy sources,including nuclear power,and then discusses the idea of cluster development of nuclear power.
