摘要
风湿性多肌痛(polymyalgia rheumatica,PMR)是常见的老年期炎性关节性疾病,临床缺乏诊断的"金标准"。以氟代脱氧葡萄糖(fluorodeoxyglucose,FDG)为示踪剂,正电子发射计算机断层显像/X线计算机断层成像(positron emission tomography/computed tomography,PET/CT)技术,能实现对炎性病变组织的功能定位和解剖定位,有助于炎性疾病的诊疗。本文对FDG-PET/CT在PMR的诊断、发现合并疾病、鉴别诊断、疗效评估中的应用价值以及临床应用管理进行综合阐述,为优化和拓展PMR的诊疗提供信息支持。
Polymyalgia rheumatica(PMR)is a common inflammatory joint disease in the elderly,which lacks the gold standard for diagnosis.The functional and anatomical localization of inflammatory lesions can be realized by using positron emission tomography/X-ray computerized tomography(PET/CT)with fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)as tracer,and PET/CT is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases.This paper comprehensively expounds the application value of FDG-PET/CT in the diagnosis,the discovery of complicated diseases,differential diagnosis,curative effect evaluation and clinical application management about PMR,so as to provide information support for optimizing and expanding the diagnosis and treatment of PMR.
