摘要
目的研究昆仙胶囊联合泼尼松治疗慢性肾炎患者后对其中度蛋白尿以及肾功能的影响效果。方法该研究选取2018年7月—2020年7月期间该院收治的60例慢性肾炎患者,按照随机数表法分组,对照组患者通过泼尼松进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合昆仙胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率;治疗前后的肾功能指标;治疗前后的血清细胞因子水平;生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、身体健康评分;水肿程度。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.7%(29/30),高于对照组患者[70.0%(21/30)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05);观察组患者的24 hUPR、Scr、BUN水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的sFIt-1、LAMP-2、PAI-1、IL-17均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、身体健康评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的水肿程度低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎患者通过昆仙胶囊联合泼尼松进行治疗后,其蛋白尿、肾功能均明显改善,能有效提升患者的生活质量,临床疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of Kunxian capsule combined with prednisone on moderate proteinuria and renal function in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods The study selected 60 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020.According to the random number table method,the patients in the control group were treated with prednisone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Kunxian Capsules on this basis.The total effective rate of clinical treatment;renal function indexes,and serum cytokine levels before and after treatment;quality of life score,sleep quality score,physical health score;degree of edema were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.7%(29/30)higher than 70.0%(21/30)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).The levels of 24 hUPR,Scr and BUN in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of sFIt-1,LAMP-2,PAI-1 and IL-17 in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life quality,sleep quality and physical health of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with Kunxian Capsules combined with prednisone,the proteinuria and renal function of patients with chronic nephritis are significantly improved.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical efficacy is definite,which is worthy of promotion.
