摘要
目的探讨可吸收缝线结合Nice结在长骨干游离骨块中的应用。方法 2018年7月至2019年3月我科收治长骨干骨折有游离骨块的患者60例,随机分为2组,A组使用可吸收性外科缝线结合Nice结复位固定粉碎性骨块,B组使用普通外科缝线结合方结复位固定游离骨块,术后根据摄X片复查,根据骨折复位放射学评价标准对骨折的复位情况进行评价,并观察患者术后1个月复位丢失情况及游离骨块的愈合情况。结果 57例患者得到随访,随访时间4~12个月,2组患者在术后影像学复位分级中差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后1个月复查,2组在游离骨块复位丢失方面差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),2组在游离骨块愈合时间方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论可吸收缝线结合Nice结在长骨干骨折游离骨块的治疗中能较好地复位及固定游离骨块,并且固定强度较高,不影响骨折的愈合。
Objective To explore the application of absorbable suture combined with Nice knot in long bone free bone mass.Methods From July 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with long bone fracture with free bone fragments treated in our department were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups:Group A where patients were treated with absorbable surgical suture combined with Nice knot for reduction and fixation of comminuted bone fragments and Group,in which patients were treated with general surgical suture combined with square knot for reduction and fixation of free bone fragments.The loss of reduction and the healing of free bone were observed one month after operation.Results 57 patients were followed up for 4 to 12 months.There was significant difference between the two groups in image reduction classification(P<0.05).One month after operation,there was significant difference in the reduction and loss of free bone mass between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the healing time of free bone mass between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Absorbable suture combined with Nice knot can reposition and fix the free bone in the treatment of long bone fracture,and the fixation strength is high,which does not affect the healing of the fracture.
