摘要
目的 探讨可吸收缝线使用Nice结辅助解剖钢板在锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至12月宜春市中医院收治的60例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组行传统切开复位内固定术,采用钢丝捆绑或螺钉固定辅助解剖钢板治疗,观察组采用可吸收缝线使用Nice结辅助解剖钢板治疗。比较两组患者的手术优良率、骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能、并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者手术优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后肩关节Neer中疼痛、功能、运动范围、解剖复位各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者碎骨移位发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组愈合延迟发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用可吸收缝线使用Nice结辅助解剖钢板治疗可缩短锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者骨折愈合时间,促进肩关节功能恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of absorbable suture using Nice knot assisted anatomical steel plate in patients with comminuted fractures of the midclavicle.Methods A total of 60 patients with comminuted fractures of the midclavicle admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation with wire binding or screw fixation,and the observation group was treated with absorbable suture using Nice knot assisted anatomical steel plate.The surgical excellence rate,fracture healing time,shoulder function,and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the surgical excellence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the shoulder Neer scores of pain,function,range of motion and anatomic reduction between the two groups after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bone fragment displacement between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of delayed healing in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of absorbable suture using Nice knot assisted anatomical steel plate in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the midclavicle can shorten the fracture healing time and promote the functional recovery of shoulder joint.
