摘要
高职旅游管理专业引入“三岗制”实习,就是将理论知识迁移到实践运用的一个重要环节。目前传统的单一顶岗实习无法满足这一目的,因此提出将跨学科知识融合,将供应链SCOR模型融入到旅游专业“三岗制”实习中,参考以往校企合作运行方案和管理方式,指导学生积累实战经验,改善传统顶岗实习的弊端,力争改善高职旅游管理专业学生平均实习质量。
The introduction of"three post system"practice in Tourism Management Major of higher vocational education is an important link for transferring theoretical knowledge to practical application.At present,the traditional single on-the-job practice can not meet this purpose,so it is proposed to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge,integrate supply chain SCOR model into the"three post system"practice of tourism specialty,refer to the previous school enterprise cooperation operation scheme and management mode,guide students to accumulate practical experience,overcome the disadvantages of traditional on-the-job practice,and strive to improve the average practice quality of students majoring in tourism management in higher vocational education.
