Comfort evaluation of soft wearable exosuit based on bionic structure

摘要 探讨不同搭配服装对柔性外服设备的助力效果及其对能耗的影响,分析着装搭配对柔性可穿戴外服舒适性的影响。以基于仿生结构设计的柔性可穿戴外服为研究对象,在人体解剖学、生物力学、人体与服装结构相互关系的基础上进行结构设计与样衣制作,采用主观评价法对外服的穿着舒适性进行评价。运用SPSS软件对不同着装搭配下人体下肢的压迫感、束缚感、滑脱感、重量感及柔软感的量化数据进行统计分析,得出外服在与运动短裤等贴体式衣物搭配时舒适度较好。 The influence of dressing collocation on the comfort of soft wearable outer clothing was studied.Taking soft wearable outer clothing as the research object,the structure design is carried out and prototype is made on the basis of human anatomy,biomechanics and the relationship between human body and clothing structure.The subjective evaluation was used to evaluate the wearing comfort of the outer clothing.SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis on quantitative data of pressure,bondage,slippage,weight and softness of human lower limbs under different dress combinations.It is concluded that the better comfort level is obtained when the outer clothing is matched with sports shorts.
