新中国成立70年来“受教育权”问题研究进展述评——基于文献计量学方法与社会网络分析技术 被引量:6

摘要 受教育权是公民依法享有的基本权利,为全面了解新中国成立70年来我国学术界受教育权问题的发展状况和最新动态,文章采用文献计量学方法和社会网络分析技术,从网络图谱角度对我国受教育权文献的关键词进行分析,揭示了我国受教育权领域研究的现状、热点以及未来发展趋势。研究结果显示:新中国成立70年来我国学术界对受教育权问题的研究取得了一定的成果,研究沿着教育权利平等、教育机会均等、教育资源合理配置、有质量的教育公平的主线进行探讨,呈现出阶段性、多学科视角和研究领域不断深化细化的特征,而如何保障弱势群体受教育权和保证有质量的教育公平等问题值得进一步思考与研究。 The right to education is the basic right enjoyed by citizens in accordance with the law.In order to fully understand the development status and latest developments of“the right to education”in the People's Republic of China's academic community in the past 70 years,this paper uses bibliometrics and social network analysis techniques to analyze the keywords of the People's Republic of China's education rights literature from the perspectives of network maps,revealing the status quo,hotspots and future development trends of the People's Republic of China's education rights field.The research results show that in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the research on“the right to education”in the People's Republic of China's academic circles has achieved certain results.The study explores the main line along the equalization of educational rights,the equalization of educational opportunities,the rational allocation of educational resources,and the quality of education fairness.The research presents the character of phased state,multidisciplinary perspective and deepening and refining research field,and how to protect the right to education of vulnerable groups and ensure the quality of education fairness is worthy of further consideration and research.
