摘要
良好的政策支撑体系对电子商务及相关物流产业的发展至关重要,然而以政策优化为主题的相关研究却极为缺乏。深入分析了2002年至2021年9月江苏省人民政府及省政府办公厅发布的与电子商务物流紧密相关的政策文件。主要从省政府发展电子商务物流及相关产业的总体战略;相关政策的执行与部署;物流网络建设规划三方面进行探究。通过挖掘江苏省电子商务物流政策支撑体系中存在的潜在问题,为相关政策的优化提出建议。
In this paper,we analyzed in-depth the policy documents closely related to e-commerce logistics issued by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and the General Office of the Provincial Government from 2002 to September 2021,from the aspects of the overall provincial government strategy to advocate e-commerce logistics and related industries,the implementation and deployment of relevant policies,and planning and construction of the logistics network.Next,by exploring the potential problems in the policy support system of the e-commerce logistics industry in Jiangsu,we put forward some suggestions for the optimization of the related policies.
