摘要
目的:探询细节护理对手术室护理质量的影响。方法:从笔者所在医院2018年1-12月收治的即将在手术室接受手术治疗的患者中抽取200例作为研究对象,依循时间先后将其分作行常规护理干预的对照组,以及在常规护理干预基础上行细节护理干预的观察组。比较两组护理质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组术前护理质量、术中护理质量、术后护理质量及护理综合质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度(98%)高于对照组(81%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理中运用细节护理,护理质量大为提升,且护理满意度有明显上升。
Objective:To explore the influence of detailed nursing on nursing quality in operating room.Method:From January to December 2018 in the author’s hospital,200 patients who were about to undergo surgical treatment in the operating room were selected as the subjects of the study.According to time sequence,they were divided into the control group who received routine nursing intervention and the observation group who received detailed nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of preoperative nursing quality,intraoperative nursing quality,postoperative nursing quality and comprehensive nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group(98%)was higher than that of the control group(81%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detailed nursing in the operating room nursing,nursing quality greatly improved,and nursing satisfaction increased significantly.
