摘要
目的调查研究细节护理对提高手术室护理质量和患者满意度的意义。方法选取2015年12月—2016年8月期间在该院接受手术治疗的患者共计138例随机分为两组,对照组患者手术室中接受常规护理,共有69例,实验组患者手术室中接受细节护理,共有患者69例。调查分析对照组及实验组患者的手术室护理质量及患者术后的满意度,并将两组的调查结果进行对比。结果两组患者手术中心率及血压波动比较,实验组患者明显比对照组稳定,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后对术中护理进行评分,实验组患者的综合评分高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后的护理满意度评分中,实验组高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理对提高手术室护理质量,增加患者满意度有重要作用,值得在临床中广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the significance of detailed nursing to improving the nursing quality in the operating room and enhancing the satisfactory degree of patients. Methods 13 cases of operative patients in our hospital from December 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 69 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing in the operating room, and the experimental group adopted the detailed nursing, and the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients after operation of the two groups were investigated and compared. Results The surgical heart rate and blood pressure fluctuation in the experimental group was obviously steady compared with those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05), the general score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05), the nursing satisfactory degree score after operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed nursing is of important significance to improving the nursing quality in the operating room and enhancing the satisfactory degree, which is worth wide promotion in clinic.
