摘要
目的:探究袋鼠式护理联合音乐疗法在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院新生儿监护室科收治的74例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组。普通护理组(B组,35例)采用常规护理,综合护理组(A组,39例)在常规护理基础上采用袋鼠式护理联合音乐疗法,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前两组NBNA量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时A组患儿各项评分均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组神经系统损害发生率低于B组,并发症发生率低于B组,ICU住院时间短于B组,患儿家长护理满意度评分高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病实施袋鼠式护理联合音乐疗法,可有效促进患儿神经行为的发育,且可保护患儿神经系统功能,降低神经系统损害及并发症发生率,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo nursing combined with music therapy in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy nursing.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,74 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treated in the neonatal intensive care unit of the hospital in the hospital were selected as the subject of study,and randomly divided into two groups.The general nursing group(group B,n=35)was treated with routine nursing,and the comprehensive nursing group(group A,n=39)was treated with kangaroo nursing combined with music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).At the time of discharge,the scores of the group A in group A were higher than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nervous system damage in group A was lower than that in group B,the incidence of complications was lower than that in group B,the hospitalization time of ICU was shorter than that in group B,and the nursing satisfaction score of parents in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The kangaroo nursing combined with music therapy of the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can effectively promote the development of the neurobehavioral development of the child,and can protect the nervous system function of the child,reduce the damage of the nervous system and the complication rate,and is worth recommending.
