摘要
目的:探究多发性骨髓瘤患者采取心理护理干预联合安宁疗护应用效果。方法:选取2017年1-6月收入广西医科大学第一附属医院血液科100例多发性骨髓瘤患者为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规专科护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展心理护理干预联合安宁疗护,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前两组FACT-G评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后3、7、30 d观察组FACT-G评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后3、7、30 d观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对多发性骨髓瘤患者开展心理干预联合安宁疗护,能改善患者疼痛程度,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To study the application effect of psychological intervention plus hospice care in patients with multiple myeloma.Method:A total of 100 patients with multiple myeloma treated from January to June 2017 in Hematology Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was served with routine specialist nursing,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was served with psychological intervention plus hospice care.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Result:Before nursing,the score of FACT-G was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3,7 and 30 d of nursing,FACT-G scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,VAS scores was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3,7 and 30 d of nursing,VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of psychological intervention and hospice care in patients with multiple myeloma,which can improve the degree of pain,and improve patients’life quality and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
