摘要
目的:观察盐酸多奈哌齐联合富马酸喹硫平在老年认知功能障碍中的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的102例老年认知功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组予富马酸喹硫平治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、认知功能水平[简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、韦氏记忆量表逻辑记忆(LMS)评分、日常生活功能量表(ADL)评分]及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗8周后,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,两组MMSE、LMS评分均上升,ADL评分均下降,且试验组改善水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸多奈哌齐联合富马酸喹硫平有助于提高老年患者认知功能障碍治疗效果,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the effect of Donepezil Hydrochloride combined with Quetiapine Fumarate in cognitive dysfunction in the elderly.Method:A total of 102 elderly cognitive dysfunction patients admitted to our department were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Quetiapine Fumarate,and the experimental group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function levels including simple mental state scale(MMSE)score,Wechs memory scale logical memory(LMS)score,daily living function scale(ADL)score,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the MMSE and LMS scores of both groups increased,the ADL scores decreased,and the improvement of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil Hydrochloride combined with Quetiapine Fumarate can improve the therapeutic effect of cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with high safety.
