摘要
目的评价疼痛护理干预对乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者预后的影响,为乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者临床护理工作提供参考。方法方便选择该院2018年3月—2019年2月期间收治行手术治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者,总计80例。进行随机分组,对照组乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者接受常规护理,观察组乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者加行疼痛护理干预,对比两组乳腺良性肿瘤患者术后疼痛情况、情绪评分以及生活质量评分变化情况、护理满意度。结果观察组乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者护理干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,无痛占比率55.0%vs10.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.462,P=0.000)、轻度疼痛占比率40.0%vs75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.026,P=0.002)、护理总满意度95%.0vs75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.274,P=0.012)。结论乳腺良性肿瘤切除术期间除常规护理外,配合疼痛护理干预可以稳定患者情绪、提高患者生活质量以及护理满意度,减轻了患者术后疼痛感,护理效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pain nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with benign breast tumor resection,and to provide reference for the clinical nursing work of patients with benign breast tumor surgery.Methods Cconvenient election a total of 80 patients with benign breast tumors who underwent surgery from March 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.Randomized grouping,control group of patients with benign breast tumor resection received routine nursing,observation group of breast benign tumor resection patients with pain nursing intervention,comparing postoperative pain,emotional scores and changes in quality of life scores in two groups of benign breast tumor patients,nursing satisfaction.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the patients with benign breast tumor resection were lower than those of the control group.The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group.The postoperative pain was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,pain-free rate 55.0%vs 10.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.46,P=0.000),mild pain rate 40.0%vs 75.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.026,P=0.002),total nursing satisfaction 95.0%vs 75.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.274,P=0.012).Conclusion In addition to routine nursing during the resection of benign breast tumors,pain nursing intervention can stabilize the patient's mood,improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction of nursing,reduce the postoperative pain of patients,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
