摘要
[目的]探讨多抹棒皮肤黏合剂在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用疗效及护理要点。[方法]选取116例乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中使用多抹棒皮肤黏合剂关闭切口的病人,观察其术后疼痛情况、伤口愈合、美容效果及病人满意度4个方面的临床疗效,并对围术期护理进行分析总结。[结果]使用多抹棒皮肤黏合剂关闭乳腺良性肿瘤手术切口具有术后疼痛低,切口愈合良好、美观,病人术后满意度高的优点。[结论]多抹棒皮肤黏合剂在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用是安全、有效的,加强宣教和切口观察是围术期护理的关键。
Obj ective：To explore the curative effect and nursing points of DERMABOND skin adhesive in benign breast tumor resection. Methods：The DERMABOND skin adhesive was used for wound clo-sure in 1 1 6 patients undergoing benign breast tumor resection,then to observe the clinical effect in four aspects of pain,wound healing,cos-metic outcome and patients’satisfaction after operation,and analyze and summarize the perioperative care.Results：DERMABOND skin ad-hesive showed many advantages including low postoperative incision pain,incision healed well and beautifully and high patients’satisfaction after operation.Conclusion：DERMABOND skin adhesive is safe and effective in benign breast tumor resection;to strengthen propaganda and incision observation is the key of perioperative care.
