摘要
针对神头电厂灰渣回填工程,提出了全外排、全内排、部分外排和出入沟排放4种采坑回填方案。通过比选灰渣堆存区形成时间、平朔东露天新增外排土量、外排土场新增占地、排土运距增量、投资费用大小等因素,结合生产组织中的相互干扰情况和环保及施工管理情况,得出东露天采坑回填神头电厂灰渣工程采用初期外排,后期提高内排土顶面高程部分外排的优选方案。该方案保证了平朔东露天采坑回填神头电厂灰渣工程的顺利展开。
Aiming at the ash backfilling project of Shentou Power Plant, this article puts forward four kinds of backfilling schemes:full outflow, full inward drainage, partial outflow and drainage in and out ditches. By comparing the formation time of ash and slag storage area, the amount of new outflow in the east open-pit mine, the new area occupied by the outflow dump, the increment of the distance between the outflow dump and the investment cost in the east open pit, combined with the mutual interference in production organization, environmental protection and construction management, we conclude that the initial outflow of ash and slag in the east open-pit backfill Shentou Power Plant is adopted, and the height of the top surface of the inner dump is increased in the later stage. This scheme guarantees the smooth development of the ash and slag project of Shentou Power Plant backfilling in the east open pit.
