摘要
几内亚苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目为碾压混凝土重力坝,工期紧,混凝土量大。工程所在区域旱季(11月~4月)、雨季(5月~10月)气候分明,月均温差不大。根据工程现场温度、湿度等环境条件与中国存在较大差异的特点,采取了与国内常规做法有差异的混凝土温控措施,取得了较好的效果,为在类似地区混凝土温度控制积累了经验。
The cracking prevention of large mass concrete is the focus of engineering quality control,especially for the concrete in high-speed water flow areas.In order to reduce the occurrence of cracking in the permanent discharge structure the dam of Souapiti Hydro Project,the application experiences of the PVA fiber concrete in Xiluodu Hydropower Station are learned,and the cracking resistance test of PVA fiber concrete are carried out.The influences of different PVA dosage on the compressive strength,tensile strength and construction performance of concrete are researched,the PVA fiber dosage suitable for Souapiti Hydro Project and the corresponding PVA fiber concrete mix proportion are finally determined.The application of PVA fiber concrete in Souapiti Hydro Project has effectively prevented the cracking of concrete in the flow passage of bottom outlet and the overflow steps.
