摘要 将先进的自动控制技术、信息通信技术相结合,使矿用制氮装置生产与远程监控作为一个整体进行控制,使其达到全自动控制,提高了制氮装置的技术水平。该系统的全兼容智能终端可实现对煤矿制氮装置的集中监视与协同控制、有效掌控各个环节的安全状态,有力提升煤矿安全生产的现代化水平。该系统可将安全、生产、管理等信息进行全面、统一、高效、有序的整合、挖掘、分析,在统一的时间与空间框架下利用多种技术将相关信息进行多维度表达,从而为煤矿安全生产、经营决策提供科学依据。 By combining advanced automatic control technology and information communication technology, the production and remote monitoring of the nitrogen production device for mining are controlled as a whole, so that it can achieve full automatic control and improve the technical level of the nitrogen production device. The fully compatible intelligent terminal of the system can monitor and control the nitrogen system in the coal mine, effectively control the safety state of each link, and effectively improve the modernization level of coal mine safety production. The system can integrate, excavate and analyze safety, production,management and other information in a comprehensive, unified, efficient and orderly manner, and use multiple technologies to express relevant information in multiple dimensions under a unified time and space framework. Therefore, it provides scientific basis for coal mine safety production and operation decision-making.
