摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC、数据库技术和通信技术的矿用制氮机全自动监控系统。论述了制氮机的硬件组成和所要实现的控制和数据采集等功能。该系统将制氮机控制与状态监测作为一个整体,实现了制氮机的无人值守,达到减员增效的效果。
In this paper,a kind of automatic control system for mine- used nitrogen generator was introduced based on PLC,database and communication technology. The hardware compositions,the functions of control and data acquisition were discussed for nitrogen generator. The control and condition monitoring was taken as a whole,it achieved that nitrogen generator was unattended,which had the effect of reducing members to increase efficiency.
