摘要
阐述了国内甲基氯硅烷混合单体主流分离技术—普通精馏法,对混合单体的组分和性质进行简要分析,研究出一种新型甲基氯硅烷精馏分离工艺流程并对公司现有精馏工艺流程技术改进,此工艺流程具有节约能耗、投资低、产品质量好等优点。
Explain the mainstream separation technology of domestic methylchlorosilane mixed monomer-ordinary distillation method.Brief analysis of the composition and properties of the mixed monomers,A new methylchlorosilane rectification separation process was developed and the company’s existing rectification process technology was improved.This process has the advantages of energy saving,low investment and good product quality.
