摘要 采用四效精馏工艺对环己酮装置烷回收系统进行分离。运用Aspen Plus软件,选用NRTL模型为物性计算方法,在保证各塔塔顶醇酮含量均低于0.05wt%的前提下,以再沸器热负荷为指标,对各塔回流量、釜液出料量、产品质量等操作变量进行了模拟计算优化。得到了最佳工艺生产参数为:初馏塔回流量为27.6t/h,塔釜出料量为315t/h。烷一塔回流量为27.0t/h,塔釜出料量为320t/h。烷二塔回流量为29.5t/h,烷三塔回流量为42.7t/h,烷四塔回流量为55.2t/h,烷五塔釜液出料量为23t/h。 The alkane recovery system of cyclohexanone unit was separated by four-effect distillation process.Using Aspen Plus software and NRTL model as the physical property calculation method,on the premise of ensuring that the top alcohol ketone content of each tower is less than 0.05wt%,taking the heat load of the reboiler as the index,the operation variables such as the return flow rate of each tower,the output quantity of kettle liquid and the product quality are simulated and optimized.The optimum production parameters are obtained as follows:the reflux rate of the primary distillation column is 27.6t and the discharge rate of the tower kettle is 315t/h.The reflux rate of alkane tower is 27.0t,and the discharge capacity of tower kettle is 320t/h.The reflux rate of the second tower is 29.5t,the reflux rate is 42.7t,the reflux rate of the fourth tower is 55.2t,and the discharge rate of the liquid from the fifth tower is 23t/h.
