摘要
文章基于新媒体环境下,探讨了大学城模式下学生组织动态化发展的新模型,将学生组织与企业管理模式相结合,探讨适合创新型人才培养的学生组织发展方向,根据动态团队的特点,结合市场人才需求,有针对性的培养高校学生组织成员动态化发展能力,最终实现新时代青年综合能力提升的目标,提高大学生就业能力。
Based on the new media environment,this paper probes into the new model of the dynamic development of student organization under the mode of university city,and probes into the development direction of student organization suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents by combining the student organization with the enterprise management mode,according to the characteristics of the dynamic team.In combination with the demand of the market talents,the aim of raising the dynamic development ability of the college students’ organization members is targeted,and the goal of improving the comprehensive ability of the young people in the new era is finally realized,so as to promote the employability of the college students.
