摘要
高校学生社团在校园文化建设、大学生素质拓展和大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着独特的、不可替代的作用。当前,高校学生社团具有管理体制不够完善;社团内部管理不顺,社团建设连续性不够;指导力量不足,社团建设深度鲜有提高;社团硬件保障不足;社团建设目的不明确,对学生素质提高作用不充分等问题。高校必须深刻认识学生社团的地位和作用;加强对学生社团的思想政治工作;加强制度建设和社团管理;优化社团发展环境;抓好骨干队伍的培养;扶持和培养优秀社团、典型社团,严格把关,实现社团档次的全面提升。
Students associations in colleges and universities play special roles in the campus cultural construction, college students＇ quality development and the ideological and political education of college students. Currently, the management system of students associations in colleges and universities is far from perfect. The problems are： the internal management doesn＇t go well; the construction of associations lacks of continuity; the associations are not powerful enough to guide work and their construction needs deepening; and the purpose of association construction isn＇t explicit. Colleges and universities have to fully realize the roles and positions of their students associations, strengthen ideological and political work of students associations, strengthen system construction and association management, better association development environment, train the backbone force, support and cultivate top associations strict way. and model associations to promote them overall in astrict way.
