Oxidative stress and pulmonary fibrosis

摘要 肺纤维化是一种慢性肺疾病,大多数患者预后不良,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段可以阻止疾病的发展。其病理特点主要是成纤维细胞的过度增殖以及大量细胞外基质的沉积,最终导致肺结构的破坏和呼吸衰竭。目前肺纤维化的发病机制尚未完全阐明,氧化应激反应是其重要的发病机制之一。研究认为氧化应激主要是由于氧化和抗氧化的失衡所引起。该文就近年来氧化应激中的氧化和抗氧化因素在肺纤维化中的作用及其机制进展作一综述。 Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of chronic lung disease which leads to a poor prognosis in most patients.Unfortunately,there is no effective treatment to stop the progression of pulmonary fibrosis up to now.Its pathological features mainly show the excessive proliferation of fibroblasts and the deposition of a large number of extracellular matrix,which eventually leads to the destruction of lung structure and respiratory failure.At present,the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis has not been fully elucidated,oxidative stress is one of its important pathogenesis.Studies have shown that oxidative stress is mainly caused by imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation.Therefore,this paper reviews the effect and mechanism progress of oxidative and antioxidative factors in oxidative stress in pulmonary fibrosis in recent years.
