摘要 设计一种由STM32系列芯片为主控制器的蒸发传感器检定系统。通过调节步进电机转速驱动高精度直线式光栅尺移动,由光栅尺的位移差反馈调节能够对蒸发标准水位值进行精准模拟,同时系统能够实时采集蒸发传感器的输出电流信号转化成被测水位值。系统具有自动测量、自动计算和数据存储的功能。最后通过实验数据对比分析该自动检定系统的测量精度较高,大幅缩短了检定的时间。各检定点平均相对误差最大为1.19%,满足气象业务自动化的运行要求。首次实现了气象用蒸发传感器的全自动检定,提升了检定效率。 A calibration system of evaporation sensor based on STM32 chip is designed.High precision linear Grating rule moving by adjusting stepping motor speed,the standard evaporation water level can be accurately simulated by feedback adjustment of displacement difference of grating ruler.At the same tim e,the system can collect the output current signal of the evaporation sensor in real time and convert it into the measured water level.The system has the functions of automatic measurement,automatic calculation and data storage.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the experimental data,the automatic verification system has higher measurement accuracy and shorter verification time.The maximum average relative error of each verification point is 1.19%,which meets the operation requirements of meteorological operation automation.The automatic verification of meteorological evaporation sensor,for the first tim e,has been realized and the verification efficiency has been improved.
