摘要
该研究成功开发了一种基于国产芯片的新型有创血压监测系统。该系统能够高精度同步提取呼吸信号,并计算呼气相和吸气相的血压特征参数。这些参数为心肺耦合评估提供了重要的量化依据,对重症患者的心肺功能监测具有重要临床意义。该系统为心肺功能的综合评估提供了新的视角。
In this study,a novel invasive blood pressure monitoring system based on a domestic chip was successfully developed,which can simultaneously extract respiratory signals with high precision and calculate blood pressure characteristic parameters based on expiratory phase and inspiratory phase,providing important quantitative parameters for cardiopulmonary coupling assessment.These results have important clinical significance for the monitoring of cardiopulmonary function in severe patients,and provide a new perspective for the comprehensive evaluation of cardiopulmonary function.
