摘要
综合管廊中收容了信息电(光)缆、电力电缆、给水管道、热力管道、燃气管道等市政公用管线,其作为解决城市地下管网问题的有效方式,代表了城市基础设施的发展方向和全新模式。综合管廊权属单位众多,内部结构错综复杂,规划设计难,施工周期长,运维管理难,运用先进的BIM技术于综合管廊规划设计中,不仅能进行三维可视化的漫游,还能进行施工进度模拟、优化设计、控制成本,边设计边施工的同时,减少施工损失,避免返工。
The integrated pipe gallery houses municipal public pipelines such as information power(light)cable,power cable,water supply pipe,heat pipe,gas pipe,etc.As an effective way to solve the problem of urban underground pipe network,it represents the development direction and a new model of urban infrastructure.Composite pipe gallery ownership units is numerous,complex internal structure,planning and design difficult,long construction period,operations management,using the advanced technology of BIM in comprehensive utility tunnel in the planning and design,not only can perform a 3 d visualization of roaming,still can undertake construction progress simulation,optimization design,control costs,the design and construction at the same time,reduce the construction cost,avoid rework.
