摘要
针对当前城市地下管线存在的问题及安全需求,面向地下管线运行管理的目标,结合地下管线权属单位、各政府管理部门的管理职责及特点,从设备实施管理、安全管理、应急管理、管理支撑四个方面研究分析地下管线运行管理的关键要素,探讨了各关键要素的作用及主要工作内容,可为各城市和有关部门开展地下管线运行管理工作提供思路和参考。
In view of the current problems and safety requirements of urban underground pipeline,for the target of underground pipeline operation management,this paper researches and argues that the key elements of underground pipeline operation management,including equipment management,safety management,emergency management and management support.And researches the effect and content of these key elements.This research can give think and support for underground pipeline operation management.
