摘要
黄疸分为多种证型,每种证型都对应的独特治疗方法,历代医家对黄疸的治疗有自己的见解。张仲景于《伤寒杂病论》中颇为详细地论述了治黄八法,直到现在对于现代临床医学的发展仍具有重要指导意义,为后世医家将八法应用于临床提供理论基础。近代以来,随着医疗技术的进步及祖国医学的蓬勃发展,医者将西药与中药联合起来治疗疾病已屡见不鲜,证明中医药对于疾病的治疗大有益处。现总结近年来临床研究应用情况,以供临床参考。
Jaundice can be divided into many types of syndromes,each of which corresponds to different treatment methods.Doctors of past dynasties have their own opinions on the treatment of jaundice.Zhang Zhongjing elaborated the eight methods of curing yellow fever in his Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases in detail.Up to now,it still has important guiding significance for the development of modern clinical medicine,and provides theoretical knowledge for future generations of physicians to apply the eight methods to clinical diseases.Since modern times,with the progress of medical technology and the vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine,it is common for doctors to combine western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine to treat diseases,which proves that traditional Chinese medicine is of great benefit to the treatment of diseases.This article summarizes the application of clinical research in recent years for clinical reference.
