摘要
黄疸病在古代称之为"发黄",首载于《黄帝内经》,《伤寒杂病论》系统阐述了其理法方药的辨治特色,后世医家们也提出了许多见解。在《伤寒论》"六经辨证"中,发黄证多见于阳明病、太阴病篇,张仲景对发黄证的发病、辨证及施治的阐述,对现代医学中该类疾病的诊治提供了参考意义,值得我们不断深入探索。从发黄证的病因入手,分别从湿热、寒湿、被火、瘀血四大病因病机展开论述,并探讨这种辨治思想对后世治疗的影响.
In ancient times,jaundice was called“yellowing”.The treatise on the syndrome of“yellowing”was first seen in Huangdi Neijing,but the systematic exposition of its theory,method and prescription was found in Treatise on Cold Damage.As time goes by,physicians gradually came out their own opinions.In“syndrome differentiation of six meridians”of Treatise on Cold Damage,“yellowing”is mostly found in the chapter of Yangming disease and Taiyin disease.Zhang zhongjing’s exposition of the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of“yellowing”provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this kind of disease in modern medicine.which is worthing our continuous in-depth discussion and study.Starting from the etiology of“yellowing”,the author discusses the four major etiologies and pathogenesis of dampness-heat,cold-dampness,fire and rob,blood stasis,and their influence on the treatment of“yellowing”in the future.
