摘要
四君子汤为传统中医健脾益气代表方,由人参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草四味药组成,自清代以来人参多用党参代替,现代被广泛应用于肝癌等肿瘤的临床治疗。本文通过查阅四君子汤治疗肝癌的研究文献,从党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草四味药中的抗肝癌药效成分、各药效成分的作用机制等方面综述近年来四君子汤抗肝癌活性成分研究进展,为今后针对四君子汤的有效活性成分深入开展实验研究进而进行肝癌的临床治疗提供参考。
Sijunzi Decoction is a representative prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,which is composed of ginseng,atractylodes,poria cocos and roasted licorice.Since the Qing Dynasty,ginseng has been replaced by Dangshen.Sijunzi Decoction is now commonly used in the clinical treatment of liver cancer.By consulting the relevant research literature of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma,this paper summarizes the research progress of the active ingredients of Sijunzi decoction in recent years from the aspects of the anti-hepatocellular carcinoma active ingredients of Dangshen,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos and roasted licorice,the action mechanism of each active ingredient,in order to provide a reference for further experimental research on the active ingredients of Sijunzi decoction and clinical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in the future.
