摘要
针对国内某锚链厂在进行二级锚链拉力试验时,多个锚链出现断裂的问题,从缺陷宏观形貌、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织、硬度和低部组织等方面,对缺陷部位进行对比观察与分析。结果表明:造成此次二级锚链断裂的主要原因为锚链表面凹坑,在拉力试验时,锚链表面的凹坑形成了局部应力集中;次要原因是原材料硬度偏高,偏高的硬度进一步促使了断裂的发生。
Aiming at the crack of anchor chain when testing tensile at a domestic anchor chain factory,microstructure and macro morphology of defect position from macrostructue,chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure,hardness were observed and analyzed. The results showed that surface hollow on the anchor chain was the main reason for fracture,during the tensile test,the surface hollow lead to a local stress concentration. The secondary cause was higher hardness,it urged the fracture.
