摘要
对锚链弯环时横向裂纹的产生原因进行了探讨。检验结果表明 ,锚链环横裂的主要原因是钢中残存有害元素较高引起的热脆所致。为防止锚链弯环横裂 ,应控制钢中Cu当量不大于 0 4%。
This paper disccusses produced cause of transverse fissure at the time of ringed cable chain The examiration result has proved that the main reason produced transverse fissure is hot brittleness caused by higher content of harmful residual elements in steel For preventing the transverse fissure,Cu equivalence in steel must be controlled within the limits of 0 4%
