摘要
《金匮要略》有关"妇人脏躁"历来就有"燥"与"躁"不同的记载,另外,对"脏"字的不同解读,对部位与性质的不确定性,导致传统理论对"妇人脏躁"的理解莫衷一是。引入隐喻认知学、逻辑学的方法对其进行刻画,发现妇人脏躁的病位在子宫,"躁"应为"燥",妇人脏燥概念并非源于传统脏腑功能理论,更可能是基于对"妇人经水外流或经水不流"的直接观察而形成的隐喻性概念,其本意应当是指妇人行经或绝经时的一种状态。将其称之为脏躁病,则应当是一种代指,属于转喻的范畴。通过这种条件的确立,也还原了甘麦大枣汤治疗"悲伤欲哭,象如神灵所作,数欠申"的应用范围。
The"women′s zang organs irritability"(Zang Zao)in Synopsis of Golden Chamber(《金匮要略》)has always had different records of"dryness"and"irritability".In addition,the different interpretations of the word"zang organs"and the uncertainty of the location and nature have caused inconsistent understanding of"women′s zang organs irritability"in traditional theory(燥).Metacognitive and logical methods were introduced to characterize it,and found that the women′s zang organs irritability was located in the uterus."Irritability"(躁)should be written as"dryness".The concept of women′s zang organs dryness does not originate from the traditional theory of zang-fu organs function.It is more likely to be a metaphorical concept based on the direct observation of"women′s menstruation or menopause",which should mean a state of menstruation or menopause of a woman.It was called zang organs irritability,which should be a kind of pronoun,belonging to the category of metonymy.Through the establishment of such conditions,the scope of application of Ganmai Dazao Decoction(甘麦大枣汤)for"sad and likely to cry,as manipulated by gods"was also restored.
