摘要
"百合病"与"脏躁"颇为相似。"百合病者,百脉一宗,悉致其病也。"脏躁乃情志抑郁,五志化火,脏阴被耗。二者皆与心神受扰有关,故遣方用药皆有养心安神之品,如百合地黄汤中之百合,甘麦大枣汤中之大枣、小麦等,临证亦均常配伍茯神、枣仁等安定心神之药。二者治疗差异也很明显,百合病心肺阴虚,内热之象突出,故以养阴清热为治疗大法,百合地黄汤主之;脏躁系情志抑郁,脏精不足为主,热象并不明显,以补益心脾,缓急安神为治法,甘麦大枣汤主之。
＂The lily disease＂is very similar with＂hysteria＂.＂The lily disease,The pulse of a single,Can make it become sick.＂ Hysteria for emotional depression,five of the fire was caused by consumption of Yin of the viscera.Both are associated with the disease of spirits,So the prescriptions usually include medicine of soothe the nerves,such as,The Lily in the Lily rehmannia decoction,the Chinese-date and the wheat in the Liquorice wheat Chinese-date decoction.Of course the difference of their remedy is very obvious.The former uses the Lily rehmannia decoction to replenishing the vital essence and removing heat;The latter applies the Liquorice wheat Chinese-date decoction to tonifying heart and spleen and Urgency to tranquilize the nerves.
