摘要
采用直接还原工艺处理TFe、TiO2、V2O5含量分别为48.57%、15.69%、0.76%的钒钛铁多金属矿选矿粗精矿。在添加剂为15%硫酸钠+1.5%硼砂,还原剂为HY-烟煤,还原温度1150℃,还原时间90 min,磨矿细度为粒径小于0.074 mm的矿粒含量占77.5%,磁场强度120 mT的条件下,可获得TFe含量92.13%、Fe回收率95.45%的金属铁粉及TiO2、V2O5含量分别为44.07%和2.01%的富钒钛料,Ti、V回收率分别为87.77%和82.79%。富钒钛料可冶金提取回收V和Ti,为这类资源的综合利用提供了可行的技术路线。
The direct reduction process was used to treat crude concentrate from benefication of V-Ti-Fe polymetallic ore.The contents of TFe,TiO2 and V2O5 in the crude concentrate are 48.57%,15.69%and 0.76%,respectively.The metal iron powder(92.13%TFe content,95.45%Fe recovery)and vanadium-rich titanium material(44.07%TiO2 content,2.01%V2O5 content,87.77%Ti recovery,82.79%V recovery)can be obtained under these conditions:The additive is 15%sodium sulfate and 1.5%borax,the reducing agent is HY-bituminous coal,the reduction temperature is 1150℃,the reduction time is 90 min,the grinding fineness is 77.5%mineral grains with particle size less than 0.074 mm,and the magnetic field intensity is 120 mT.The vanadium-rich titanium material can be metallurgically extracted to recover V and Ti,which provides a feasible technical route for the comprehensive utilization of such resources.
