摘要
研究了在线回收相较于传统回收的变化,分别构建传统回收决策模型以及在线回收决策模型。研究发现:在线回收商的成本优势使其利润优于传统回收商;当制造商单位产品生产成本较低且转移价格较高时,在线回收情形下制造商利润优于传统回收模型,此时供应链成员达到共赢;仅当单位产品生产成本非常高且转移价格较高时传统回收模型中回收量较优,其他情形下均劣于在线回收模型。此外,还分析了在线回收商再售策略随制造商单位生产成本以及转移价格的变化情况。
The pros and cons of online recycling compared with the traditional recycling is studied,and the traditional recycling decision model and online recycling decision model are respectively constructed.Some interesting results are as follow:Due to the advantages of recycling cost,the profits of the recycler under online recycling model are better than that under the traditional recycling model.As to the manufacturer,if and only if the product cost is small and the transferring price is high,the optimal profits under online recycling model are better than that under the traditional recycling model.At this time the members of supply chain obtain win-win results.Besides,in the case where the product cost of manufacturer is very large and the transferring price is high,the number of recycled products under online collecting mode is smaller than that under traditional recycling model,but in all other cases the results are opposite.In addition,the changes of the online recycler’s resale strategies with the product cost of manufacturer and the transferring price are also analyzed.
